Ingrid was born in Gothenburg Sweden, she is your "Lady of the house" and takes care of every little detail no matter how small!
Ingrid's passion is cooking and has a great talent and skill for traditional Swedish Cuisine "Svensk Husmanskost" in addition she is creative and loves arranging flowers and making sure to take care of any special request. Ingrid will arrange for any excursions or tours or any other points of interest and will always accommodate you to the best possible experience.
Christer also from Gothenburg Sweden, Has travelled all over the world to study different Cuisines and in particular in Asia developing and perfecting the art of delicatessens with a focus on Vegetarian dishes.
Christer became “Entrepreneur of Year 2009“ in Gothenburg in recognition for his successful launch of Ridderheim Delicatessen, he loves to cook and he constantly develops new recipes and exciting dishes.
In addition Christer has a strong passion for wines, the wine cellar a Villa Stenhuset has varietal wines from the major wine regions and vineyards of the world. Christer will prepare some creative and exiting menus always using the freshest ingredients and produce available from local producers and during the summer season he will select his vegetables and herbs from Villa Stenhusets own garden.
